From the 6th Jan 2021 ALL our international couriers have resumed full shipping from the UK to all countries in the EU. This means our customers in the EU can continue to receive the excellent level of customer service and quick delivery that we have been offering for the last 15 years. The shipping time to these postcodes is normally 48 hours. Orders sent for next day or two-day delivery require a signature on receipt. Please ensure someone is present at the delivery address to sign for the order.

Please note some bulkier items cannot be sent via Royal Mail to some Island and Highland postcodes, these items such as boardbags exceed the size limit for Royal Mail and so will be sent with DPD, DPD charges will apply to these items. We will contact you prior to despatch if extra charges apply.
Please note that for some Island and Highland postcodes the next day delivery service with DPD is not available, this will revert to a Two day service. DPD offer a one hour delivery slot to stop you from waiting in all day, they will send you an SMS text message and/or an e-mail telling you within which hour time-frame they expect to deliver your goods. For this reason we encourage you to include your mobile phone number and an e-mail address where you can check your details when placing an order.
Please note we are unable to ship O'Neill wetsuits outside the EU, due to restrictions applied by O'Neill Wetsuits.
What happens if I'm not in to accept my delivery?
Orders sent for next day or two-day delivery require a signature on receipt. Please ensure someone is present at the delivery address to sign for the order.We use DPD and the Royal Mail for our deliveries. Both will try to deliver at the delivery address first and if there is nobody in they will try again the next day. If after two attempts the delivery cannot be made they will leave a calling card and take the parcel to your local sorting office / delivery depot.
Boardshop reserves the right to charge the full shipping fee applicable to resend if the item is returned to us because the customer could not take delivery for any reason.
Any items returned to us without being delivered will be added back into our stock and your account credited with the order total, minus the fee that the courier charges us to deliver the item back to us. You will have to replace the order to have the item re-shipped. If you require a refund on items returned by the courier this will be done minus the courier's fee.
Any incorrect address details input by the customer on their order that causes the parcel to be delivered incorrectly will be at the liability of the customer, it will be up to the customer to try and retrieve the parcel themselves at their cost.
Any delivery errors or damage must be reported within 7 days of date of delivery. All orders are checked and double-checked before leaving our warehouse. If you have not received your order within 7 days of dispatch date, or experience any issue with your delivery, then you must notify us within these 7 days. If you notify us after these 7 days then we will not be responsible for its location, and we may not be able to claim for the parcel if it lost/stolen/damaged. Damage to any order (including surfboards) must be reported within 24 hours of delivery (please see below) and before the products are used. We cannot address claims for damage after after 24 hours of delivery or after any use.
There must be someone at the delivery address to receive the parcel. Where a signature is required our courier will only attempt re-delivery once, after this the goods will be returned to Boardshop - this may take up to 10 working days.

All our surfboards are packaged very thoroughly and are handled with care throughout the ordering and delivery process. However, due to the fragile nature of surfboards IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU INSPECT THE PACKAGE CARFULLY. IF THERE IS ANY DAMAGE REQUEST THE DELIVERY AGENT TO PHOTOGRAPH THE DAMAGE THEN SIGN FOR THE PARCEL AS DAMAGED.
Please check your board immediately upon delivery. If there is any damage to the board, please let us know within 24 hours of delivery. Any damages reported after 24 hours of delivery, or that have been moved from the surfboard's delivery address, are unfortunately not eligible for a claim.
Please note damage reported after modification, such as applying a tail pad, or waxing the board will not be eligible for a claim. Surfboards by there very nature are fragile and we cannot address claims for damage that may have occurred outside the initial delivery process.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, Hardcloud Ltd (trading as Boardshop) shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Boardshop shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Boardshop shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.
