Tough, almost bullet proof construction and a really stable board to get to grips with the basics. This board caters for men and ladies up to around 13 stone, its great value and will get you on the right road to becoming a competent surfer.

Torq boards are light but built from a really tough epoxy composite. The Torq boards aren't the cheapest boards out there but what you get for the price is well worth it. The lighter construction makes it easier to carry, paddle and learn to turn all important considerations when choosing a board. You will progress faster on a board like this compared to some other boards out there. This board caters for men and ladies up to around 14 stone.

The soft/hard surfboards from Torq take a standard Torq board and then cover the top with a layer of shock resistant foam.
