Sisstrevolution are Women’s Surf brand made up of a modern band of female surfers or “Sisstrs”; creators, swell followers and adventure seekers united by their obsession with the sea. The ocean guides our travels, influences our creativity, and promises us the ride of our life.

Sisstrevolution’s mantra is to take what the ocean gives us with gratitude and give back to sustain her future. Owned by parent company Vissla, Sisstrevolution is the brainchild of Paul Naude, who identified that there was a niche market in women’s surf gear that needed to be filled.

Referred to around the office as “Vissla’s sister,” when it came time to name the developing brand, the name simply stuck. Sisstrevolution has multiple meanings: sister (as in the women who surf and reference to being the sister brand of Vissla) evolution (to illustrate moving forward) and revolution (bringing advances into women’s surfwear). Sisstrevolution work to empower female surfers and therefore don’t use models who don’t surf in their ad campaigns, just real women & girls who surf and share a love for the ocean. This high-performance, eco-conscious brand is inspired by and caters for female surfers who are looking for a beautiful wetsuit that doesn’t compromise when it comes to performance and fit.
