Description

The Torq Mod Fish surfboard 7ft 2 is the largest in the Torq Fish line-up and does a great job of bridging the gap between funboards/mini-mals and shortboards. This classic White Pinline is always popular and the boards look stunning.

This awesome board would make the perfect step-up tool for the keen to advance surfer who has nailed all the basics on a soft-top or mini-mal and wants to really push their surfing to the next level.

The performance Fish is a well established shape which benefits from a few key features; nice and buoyant, wide and stable perfect for the improving rider, and pretty flat with only a slight flip in the nose which allows it to catch waves easily and paddle fast.

Torq Surfboards are constructed using the most up-to-date Epoxy Technology, using the latest EPS Epoxy Materials. The lightweight EPS Core is combined with Biaxial fibreglass cloth, Epoxy resin and Torq's unique Shield Skin. Constructed in the most advanced mould on the planet, creating the most perfect production every time.

This perfect combination of advanced materials and high-tech construction produces a board that performs at the very highest level, offering lightweight shapes with a responsive flex (missing on some cheaper Epoxy boards) but also makes for a really durable and strong surfboard. I was nervous and overwhelmed to buy my first surfboard because there's so much choice and I had no idea what I was doing. Ian, however, was really helpful and patient and answered all my questions without hesitation. I consider myself a beginner having only surfed on foamies so was anxious at the prospect of graduating to an epoxy board.
